# Sign in - Step 1

#### Step 1 - Username and Password

Navigate to [CIGP's E-Platform](https://e-access.cigp.com/ "CIGP's E-Platform") to agree to the terms and conditions and enter the username and password provided to you by CIGP and click **SIGN IN**.

Click on *Forgot your password?* to reset your password if needed.
