Reset Password

Follow the steps below to reset your password. You will need to have access to your email address and registered 2FA device.

  1. Click on Forgot your password?.

  1. Enter your registred email address and press Send verification code.

  1. A six digits verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code in the field and click Verify code.

  1. Click Continue.

  1. Enter the code from your 2FA authenticator app and click Verify.

  1. Enter your new password, confirm it and press Continue. You will be redirected to the login page.

  1. User your new password to log in.
